I’ve spent my career working in specialist plaintiff personal injury practices, and I’ve also run my own firm.

I understand how matters move in practice — and more importantly, the pressure that sits around them. Multiple files, constant activity, competing priorities, and everything progressing at once.

In that environment, every file is worked on. Decisions are made. Progress continues.

But some matters benefit from something slightly different.

Not more effort — just more uninterrupted attention.

Time to step outside the flow of daily demands and look at the file on its own terms.

Removed from the day-to-day management of a file, and able to focus on a matter without distraction — working through the detail, identifying what matters, and helping bring structure to the path forward.

Not to replace the work being done, but to support it.
